Notable quick wins for the Bank during the IATF 2023 included the signing of an MoU between NEXIM and Kwara State Government, to upscale production and boost the export of the vast array of agricultural and mineral commodities in Kwara State. The MoU was signed by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq and Mr. Bello.
Numerous bilateral agreements were signed during the continental trade fair stating a commitment to foster stronger economic ties between countries and various industries in attendance. The Innovation pavilion came up as a focal point, spotlighting cutting-edge technologies and groundbreaking ideas to shape the future of African trade.
Beyond the business deals, the event celebrated Africa’s rich cultural background and heritage. Cultural performance, art exhibitions and culinary showcases highlighted the diversity that makes the continent unique, thereby fostering a deeper bond and appreciation among participants.
